In order to make feed pellets for chicken, cattle or other animals using raw materials like corn, soybean, wheat and any other grains. The 5T/H animal feed pellet production line was ordered by European customer.
Our animal feed production plant can satisfy your requirements by changing die (mold) and feed formula with different equipment configurations.
This animal feed line is the complete process from cleaning materials to packing. some of the main machines are drum precleaner, hammer mill, feed mixer, feed pellet mill, counter flow cooler and Rotary Screener and automatic packing scale.
1.Cleaning Machine
This line uses the drum precleaner to remove the contamination of the raw materials.
2.Hammer Mill
This line uses SFSP water drop type hammer mill, technical parameters are as following.

5.Cooler
The finished pellets are hot,so need counter flow cooler cooling them into room temperature.This plant need SKLN2.5 counter flow cooler which power is 1.5kw per hour.
